Executive Director, Managing Director
Phil is a professional civil engineer with over 35 years of post-graduate experience and over 20 years in the steel and concrete remediation industry.
As Managing Director of Duratec, he is responsible for the overall management of the company, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ), strategic planning and business development.
Executive Director, General Manager
Chris is General Manager of Duratec and has qualifications in quantity surveying and construction management, after almost 20 years in the remediation industry.
He is responsible for tendering, negotiations, development of strategic planning and general management of the company.
Gavin is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Chartered Secretary and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has over 20 years of financial and commercial management experience in various industries, including manufacturing, utilities and civil construction.
Martin holds an MBA from Deakin University and is a Fellow of the Australia Institute of Company Directors. He has over 30 years’ experience in the Australian and New Zealand construction materials and building product industries.

Dennis more than 21 years’ local operational experience and specialises in providing administrative management services.
